1. Operator
Carson Tweaks is operated by Copyright © Carson Tweaks 2026

2. Products
Carson Tweaks sells digital licenses that give access to the Carson Tweaks software for Windows. No physical goods are shipped.

3. License
Each license is valid for one PC and for personal use. You may not resell, share, rent, or redistribute your license key or the software. You may not reverse engineer or copy the software beyond what the law allows.

4. Use of the Software
Carson Tweaks changes Windows system settings. All changes can be reversed, but you are responsible for creating a system restore point before use and for using the software as described in the documentation.

5. Delivery
After payment, your license key is delivered digitally by email and on the order page. By completing your purchase, you request immediate delivery of the digital product.

6. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

7. Refunds and Withdrawal
Refunds and your right of withdrawal are described in our Refund Policy and Right of Withdrawal. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.

8. Warranty and Liability
The software is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage caused by misuse of the software or by changes to your system. We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory product liability law.

9. Termination
We may revoke a license if the software or license key is misused, shared, or if a chargeback is opened instead of contacting support.

10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version valid at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

11. Governing Law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
